Oops

Yep. I really need to lose weight. During my run this morning, I got distracted and stumbled off the road, running into a brick mailbox. Results attached in a picture.

I just ran 2.03 miles using WEEK 2 DAY 3 of Active.com's Couch-to-5K program!
